Chisholm Suite Hotel has a reputation for being an excellent choice for extended stay guests.  For long term guests, we are proud to offer 4 extended stay corporate apartments.  These suites have a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven and cook top.  They are designed and equipped for the guest who needs a place to live for a month or more.

The rate for the Permanent Residence is $1950.00 per month and includes full services just as any other guest.  It is paid just like you might rent an apartment in a complex anywhere, except you have the security, convenience and luxury of a hotel staff to serve you.  In some cases these suites can even be rented unfurnished for guests wishing to use their own furniture.  This requires a minimum of six months lease.

When these suites are rented, you are required to check in and prepay for one month at the time of check in.  Then on the 1st day of each month thereafter, you will be billed for an additional month.  There are no refunds for early departures prior to the last day of the month of the stay.   Additionally, besides these 4 one bedroom suites, some guests prefer to rent our two bedroom two bath suites, or even the Governor's suite. The monthly rate for the two bedroom suite and the Governor's suite is $2500.00 per month per month. The same policy applies that it must be rented in one month increments and paid for at time of check in for the 30 days.

All of these permanent suites have been used often by local residents when there was some problem with their own residence due to fire or water damage that required more than one month to repair.  In these cases we are always happy to check the guest in on their own credit card, and then upon receipt of a purchase order, we will be happy to direct bill the guest's insurance company.  If a guest is expecting their insurance company to pay for the room, we will not check in a guest to a permanent residence without the agreement by the insurance company to our terms of payment for a monthly payment.

These units are limited in number and are not always available.  Arrangements for a permanent residence can only be made through the Manager or Assistant manager of the hotel.
